Bethlehem Herotel Is A ****!!!

Had the worst experience with this company. We paid the installation fee in April 2024. We waited for 8 weeks for technicians to install it. They set a date for us and we waited for more than an hour for them, we contacted them and they said they'd arrived in two and a half hours. When they time came, we called them and they said they'd come the following day. We are really disappointed with this kind of service as this is the second installation. The technician was very rude and did not want to apologize for his incompetency.
