Bad service..promises not kept

Lodge a complaint more than 3 hours ago...They promised someone will always be on standby 24hrs to fix a problem...now we have to wait until Monday and hopefully someone will come to fix the problem.....Bad services I study online and now everything is on hold.....because of Herotel...
