Bad service/no internet connection

We’ve been without WiFi since Tuesday at around 1 PM and honestly it’s getting really frustrating. It’s exam season and we actually need the internet to study, revise, do research and access things we need for our exams.

What makes it even more frustrating is that some houses in our area already have their internet back, while it’s only a few houses, including ours, that are still without connection. We understand that problems happen, but it’s been days now and we really need this sorted out.

Not having internet during exam season is seriously affecting us. We just need some proper communication and for the connection to be restored as soon as possible.
