Bad service to old customers

Disappointed with their ‘top up’ practice. I wanted to upgrade to uncapped, but it’s not done anymore. I’ve been client for years. Now I have to get their fibre, but I have already! I was told to use another service provider, which I am going to do. Getting much better deal elsewhere!
