Bad service, service that was paid for

Our Internet has been off more than 48 hours, we phoned more than 10 times just to waste your time, as no one can even get back to you and tell you what the problem is, we have received 2 msg to tell us the outage in our area is still being worked on, the staff who helps over the phone has no idea what they are doing, still didnt receive any reply from an Technichian or someone, nothing and after 10 emails. This Company doesnt care about their customers
