Bad Service ISP

Very bad service, firstly I app**** in December 2024 the installation was done in April 2025,I after the installation my Internet only worked for 2 weeks, there was no service. I logged a ticket a week ago, to current date nothing has been done, when I call to follow up I was told that nothing has been done with my ticket.
