Bad service - Herotel Nelspruit

Signed the contract with Herotel Nelspruit to install WiFi on the 3rd of December 2022 and was only contacted on the 30th of December 2022 after I followed up when will the installation take place and was informed they will only install it on the 4th of January 2023,I have contacted a different service provider which has assisted me within 2days to install Wifi. Really bad service / no service received from Herotel Nelspruit would not recommend doing business with them.
