Bad service from Herotel WIFI

The worst network WiFi i have experienced. My network has been down since Tuesday, its been 6 days now without internet yet I paid and I am not getting any help. Last agent I spoke to is Kgomotso from Scheduling department Zero help from him, their scheduling department for technicians to come fix your is the worst department ever. The schedule technicians to come at night to fix the matter which the technician as well didn’t do any. I have called since Tuesday and they only scheduled technician to come on Friday at 6pm which also they didn’t do anything told me about maintenance needs to come and fix the matter. Today its Monday, I have been calling them since 8 am, it is 10 am with no help still. I have spoken to more 10 people now still no help.
