Bad service ever😡

Kindly assist, I payed herotel in December the 18th to come and install my router but since then no one came and no one is calling me to update,everytime when I call the lady who is scheduling the kabokweni area she will tell me that the technician will come today.

I will wait for the technician to come but no one will pincth out, email was sent to their customer service and they reply back that my matter was resolved while it was not,I then reply back and told them that my matter was never been resolved

Please assist
