bad service

I skipped one month and my line was suspended now they want me to pay for two months even though i did not use their services' when i lock a complain they just dropped my call and never responded to me again, i was supposed to be on pay as you use , i don not know how and with who did they agree with for a year contract because i was supposed to be on pay as you use
