Bad Service by Herotel East London

Just cancelled my month to month Hertel contract which I had now for the last 2 years. I was having problems from the beginning, but was eventually sorted out which also only lasted for a few months. Have been eperiencing problems again for the last few months and was not getting any support whatsoever. Service was horrible. I honestly feel that since it is their lack of service, not providing what was promised and what I am paying for, that they should refund your installation costs. We as clients agree to pay these costs based on the promise of service they said the were going to deliver. Besides paying for wifi which you are not getting you also loose the money you paid for installation.
