Bad service and Unprofessional

I am so fed up with herotel bad service.They suspended my wifi without any notice, whereas I am paying my account every month and on time, now I have to spend the weekend without wifi and the agent is saying I must wait for Monday in order for me to be assisted. I am not happy at all with their service and I will cancel herotel.
