Bad service and no personal interaction regarding the problem

We have had numerous problems with this company The service we first used 50mbs uncapped it was on many occasions so slow that we tried to upgrade it to 200 mbs but unfortunately that also was n bad decision on my side the line speed measured way below than what we paid for and we then down graded again to 50mbs with no joy they even changed the router a week or two ago and it was n little better but not what we paid for the last month of the 200mbs I only paid my R579 for the service I can give photos of the speed at that time now they want R400.00 for the month they did not supply what we should have had on the speed I feel they should write the R400.00 rand of it is not that I did not pay the speed was ******* most of the time
