Bad Service and Internet Connection

Yoooh I’ve never seen such a horrible service like this in my entire life…I called them more than 10 times reporting an issue about my disappearing network/connection when I call them they refer me to a scheduler and that scheduler won’t call me back to schedule a technician for me and when I call the schedule department they put me on hold until the call cuts off sometimes they don’t answer answer at all.When the technician decides to come they fix it then the following morning it doesn’t work again.This other time I got through to a scheduler by the name on Meshack he was so in a hurry and very impatient with me. The WiFi has been on & off ever since I installed it.Yesterday I called them they created another ticket for rework and they didn’t come today not even a scheduler calling me and telling me when is the technician coming… Yoooh ay shame I am paying for services that I don’t get… This is uncalled for and very unfair..
