Bad service and customer service

We been years by herotel and always incounter issues like we pay for a 100mb fibre line but barely get 40mb most of the time and each time we contact them they said its fixed but then the next its bad again and when we contact them again its apparently our fault nothing is wrong with them even though nothing is wrong here
