Bad service

As a loyal customer I'm disappointed in their service my wifi broke 4 weeks ago they said it maintenance issue. It been 4 weeks since the maintenance team hasn't come. I called today had to wait for 15 minutes before they can answer your call they said i haven't logged an appointment that time I called yesterday. I would rate it a negative one if they can they should take it I don't want jt anymore.
