Bad service

Extremely bad service ,always unfulfilled promises. Internet connection completely down from the 4th March 2026 .Been promised a technician to come and fix ,no communication from their side .Up until today 10 March 2026 @ 18:43 still no technician/connection .They don't even deserve half a star. I am not happy at all .I work from home and I cant even put bread for my children because of this company.
