Bad service

Pathetic... The worst service I have received from any company in this country. I have been logging calls to fix a line since February, and still it is not fixed. When I do a follow up call, they divert my call just to never ever be answered. Now I want to cancel the line, and again, nobody answers... As soon as they have your money, they can do whatever they please. The helpdesk personnel is also unfriendly and unwilling to help. If you ever consider to get Herotel as ISP please think twice...
