Bad service

Herotel Barberton is the worst experience ever had. Wifi has now been off for 24 hours. Paying customers that pay on time sitting at home not able to work as the work is online, loosing 50 dollars every hour, getting warnings and going to loose the job! Tried contacting multiple times yesterday during the day no answer and eventually a technician out of Potchefstroom answers at 20:30 and tried to assist, but no luck.. this is going to lead to job loss….
