Bad service

Herotel, a name you can puke from. Worst service you’ll ever get form an ISP. I’ve called them 4 times in one day all they said to me was we will call you back, then you wait for the call patiently and they never returned the call as they promised. I’ve been sitting without internet almost 5 days now. I would never in my lifetime recommend Herotel as an ISP. Rather stay with your current service provider or cell phone network. I’ve could have rated their service below zero I will give them -***rating. Please think before switching to their service. They are fast to cancel you're service but as soon as you apply you are waiting for 3 weeks to hear anything form them or they said they didn't get the application form.
