Bad service!!!

I have no choice to write this bad review. Ive contacted Herotel 3 times today, I was promised a call back because my wifi has been off since yesterday evening. Still no wifi and still no callback. Not even on WhatsApp the agents are busy the whole day. They cant even reply or come back. But when it comes to deducting money they deduct. When it comes to increasing the premiums they increase. Bit the wifi signals are poor and its constantly buffing. I'm tired of herotel
