Bad service

I stay in Olieven, my husband signed of allowing them only to install 1 pole in our yard instead they installed 2 without our consent. We should be getting compensation for having 2 poles in our yard. We app**** for the fibre but ours has not been coneccted. But all the neighbours who refused to have poles installed in their yard are now getting connected to the poles in ur yard but us nothing, I have called numerous times and spoke to their agents but they all promise to come back and fix but nothing happens. Please note we will be forced to ask someone to come cut and remove those poles out pf our yard if no one from herotel responds to my plea, as I'm being sent from pillar to pillar. I've also spoken to the guy who is incharge of the agents at Olieven still nothing is being fixed.
