Bad service

My wifi it's been off since Thursday 2am, when I talked to them via whatssapp they said I must book an appointment to be called, I did that at 13:00 Thursday but still no 1 called me and they can't even assist me on whatssapp they telling me about paying a call out fee to send someone to check the wifi
