Bad service

I joint Herotel for their wifi about 3 years ago. The last year i changed my bank, and decided to pay the account via eft every month. Aftsr emails send asking Herotel to cancel the debit order, the keep sending me emails saying that my account is going to be suspended for return of debit order. But i paid eft on time. Again yesterday Herotel send me an email again with the same issue. Now after paying December account on the 28th their accounts department tells me i need to pay for Jan but its the 5th. That accounts department is useless and cant do their jobs. I am not the only one to complain. I will not recommend Herotel. And i will soon change my provider
