BAD PROVIDER

Terrible terrible. Ever since we started with them we've had problems. Each agent has a different story one says no we should use our data if we can't use the internet the other says that our Laptop CPU makes the internet slow. When we didn't even complain about the internet being slow we complained about it dropping (disconnecting). And they've said multiple times they will send agents out, we've been waiting 2 months and now apparently one person says we should pay a R500 fee for a call out

I'm sorry but this is ridiculous service. Will definitely not recommend. No one knows what they are doing and it's bad quality.
