Bad internet. Signal drops constantly

Absolutely horrible service, internet drops continuously, and everytime customer service says they either fixed the issue or don't see an issue. Been battling with this issue for 1 year now. Only saw the technicians once. No other help is being offered. The only thing we've been told countless times is that they'll escalate the problem.... seriously over this bul**** now
