Bad Herotel service

Network has been off every single day. First of all you are on hold for more than 10 minutes before you get assisted. I spoke to 5 different people this week and everyone guaranteed me the problem is sorted and every time it was a different problem. Pathetic service! Today again the wifi is down and holding for another 10 minutes due to high call volumes!
