Bad customer service ! Herotel Tzaneen

Herotel Tzaneen ,

We moved into a new house more than 2 month’s ago , we had to move our OWN FIBRE & WE ARE STILL WAITING for them to help us connecting more boosters for the house .

Every time i call no one is able to assist, then i went to the Tzaneen branch and they told me that there is not enough people there to assist me.

Its been more than 2 MONTHS NOW & still no assistance!
