Bad client service - Herotel

I called the Herotel call center enquiring about how to get an access to my router so I can be able change my password anytime and also be able to check who is connected to my network. I also can't stream the movies online if I'm connected to network but it works if I use a mobile data

I spoke to an agent who dropped me without any assistance. I tried calling again and was on hold for almost 10 minutes with no response.

I really regret switching to Herotel Fibre and now I'm stuck for the whole year or I should pay the R1500 if I want to cancel my contract
