Awaiting ACtivation of WIFI Router

I saw an advert about their network services in Robertson WC. I requested a quote,received it and paid. All this i did in early May. Sent am email to request when they will come for an installtion and to activate the wi-fi nothing as yet. I called on 02/06/2021 and spoke to the receptionist and i was on call for 7minutes with the receptionist and was kept on hold but still no help. They took my number and said the scheduler will contact me to arrange for the installation,i still have not received the date/call. This was done by Herotel Worcester.
