Atrocious service

I pay my wifi every month but there are times when its put of and said that I havent paid and afterwards its a long process of proving that I have paid before my wifi is put back on. By the time the problem is fixed they charge you for the new aswell knowing thay your wifi was off the whole previous month when you already paid
