ADMIN IS BAD CALLS DOES NOT HELP

3 years ago i moved there techs reconnected me at the new dress,do you think they can correctly move the dress on paper no they cannot after 3 years still the same problem, that's not the best two clients has got the same payment reference RAWL026 ,I PHONE AND MUST EXPLAIN THERE STUFF UP WHEN I DON'T HAVE INTERNET!!! HAD IT TODAY CANCELLED BY THE WAY 2 ND TIME NO INTERNET FOR THE MONTH CAN NOR SEND A MAIL.
