Herotel Nelspruit got the worst after sale service...My Wifi is off since Thursday 02/03/2023..Reported everyday since the 03/03/2023.. Twice the technician came.. Monday 06/03/2023..and Tuesday 07/03/2023. Twice i have been told of cable damage. My fiber optic cable run through my neighbor's yard to a post in his yard..now they dont get access to this post either to replace the cable or repair at the said post..how can my service depend on another man he decide no accsess so fo nearly 7 days i sit with no internet and paid the full subscription..they dont carry on where they left off yesterday they just go on with new jobs or whatever..everyday when i phone the customer service..they let you hang on press this to speak to that and then hang up on you.. I am realy fed-up with this poor service.. Thank you
