Ability to resolve client issues is exceptionally poor

Unfortunately the service provided to resolve problems, such as weak upload and download speeds, is exceptionally poor

Customer service keeps sending you in a circle and "escalating" the issue, without taking into account the users feedback or communicating to the user via support tickets

Each interaction on the same issue is with a new agent, and requires re-explanation each time, as well as the agent just doing the same things the previous agents had done before

This poor support to resolve issues has costed me both personally and professionally

When it works it works well, but as soon as it doesn't, it never goes back to well
