A Masterclass in Frustration and Disappointment
If there were a way to award negative stars, Herotel would be the undisputed champion of sub-zero ratings. My recent ordeal with their "technical team" has been a saga of incompetence wrapped in a thick layer of arrogance. Imagine being without a reliable internet connection for an entire week in our digitized world. Now, imagine reaching out for help, only to be met with a carousel of excuses and non-solutions.
The service—or lack thereof—provided by Herotel is appalling. It's a throwback to the dark ages of customer service, where accountability goes to die. Each interaction with their team, from technical managers to advisors, was a lesson in how not to treat customers. The word 'help' clearly isn't in their vocabulary unless it's followed by 'ourselves to your patience and goodwill.'
I specifically asked to speak to a manager, hoping for a semblance of professionalism or empathy. Instead, I was greeted with arrogance so profound it could only be intentional. The technical advisor's refusal to escalate my concerns effectively left me shouting into the void, my pleas for assistance echoing back as more empty promises.
This isn't just bad service; it's a meticulously crafted disaster, a masterclass in how to alienate and frustrate customers. Herotel has managed to transcend mere incompetence, venturing into a realm where poor service is an art form. If you value your sanity, your time, and your need for a basic service like internet connectivity, I implore you—look elsewhere. Let my experience serve as a cautionary tale: some lessons are best learned through the misfortunes of others, and my misfortune has been dealing with Herotel.
