A complaint logged against herotel wifi. Can you please assist. Hi my partner and I got wifi installed a month ago it's been off ever since Yaseen and a guy Fonnie came to do the installation and they said the maintenance guys was gonna come and do the cabling hence something wasn't connected properly the maintenance guys rocked up two weeks ago in loadshedding they left cause they couldn't work they said they will come back later it's two weeks later your service totally sucks I messaged one of yall technicians he said he logged a ticket for maintenance guys to come out two weeks ago last week I had to remind him again then only he logged a ticket so my question is why did u guys come and do the installation now we sitting there with equipment that's off can you come and remove your equipment from my property please . I would never recommend anyone to make use of ya'll service a total disgrace.
