As many people whom told me about the horrible customer service they've experienced in this company, I took a chance as I needed to a fiber to be connected to my home. Only to experience a very bad service from this company, I paid the first initial payment for them to come connect a fiber to me on the 6th of March2026, till today I haven't been connected and when I start sending them emails they tell me they didn't have my address but I filled in everything through their agent who came to my house and we sat down to fill all the relevant information. I was shocked when I found out that they don't have my address but they could contact me on my phone and tell me how sorry they're about their pathetic service. Today, it's 13 days and I haven't been connected and their technician called me via WhatsApp yesterday 19th March 2026 then I missed his call by only 4 minutes, then I call him back only for this person to ignore my calls and he sent me a whatapp message to tell me he'll come tomorrow. I have proof of emails, WhatsApp & calls from this company.
