48 hours later and nothing!

After earlier struggle to get installations done, now we and others around is sit without internet for 48 hours, no communication, no ETA of when we can expect it to be back. We know of the cable damage, other internet providers also had damage but fixed it in 6-8 hours. Herotel takes 48 hours and still nothing… but when it comes to invoices that gets sent out and communication works great, we have to pay even if we dont get the service!!
