Pay for super-fast internet, get less than 1mbps. RIDICULOUS! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the technicians that come and look at the issues we log gaslighting us, to the people we speak to on the phone. Rude and unhelpful. Just phoned to cancel and was informed we still have to pay for the whole of next month.
