Thank you Herotel Border and Herotel Cloud Karoo for your excellent service. I spoke to Zukiswa Ntoyanto on 7 Aug. She told me that it could take 7 to 10 working days for my LTE to be installed. We did all the necessary paperwork the same day. Gerswin Botha from the Graaff-Reinet branch phoned me the same day to confirm installation on the 8th. He arrived on time, did the installation, and everything worked perfectly. Thank you very much for your quick response, and service.
