Herman Swanepoel Investigator

This guy is a ****. He advertises his services under Herman Swanepoel or Cheating Spouse Investigators or Spy Investigations with various websites and different phone numbers, but they are all linked to the bank account in the name of HS Swanepoel. He bamboozled R18 000 out of me with false promises of investigation services and equipment. I have not received any of the promised services, it has been 6 months and now he is not taking my calls or returning my emails. Do not trust this man!! He is a ******* and a ****!!
