Inefficient and lazy service
Absolutely inefficiency and lack of service from ur team managing account changes. Constantly following up with them. Lack of communication. They don't send documents once uv signed. They don't bother with client deadlines but reap the rewards and earnings.
Id like the manager of the financial consultants to contact me regarding this and get my documents to me ASAP AS REQUESTED NOW FOR WEEKS
