EMPLOYEE AT FOREIGN COMPANY AGAISNT FOREIGNERS

I had an interview at HERE Maps for the post Administrative Assistant *** [URL Removed] done by Yogan Naidoo and Susan Langenhoven. Susan was professional but this person Yogan has attitude problems. I was born in Malawi but SA citizen, he literally asked me how can some1 from Malawi obtain an SA ID and why would I want SA ID, questioning are there no jobs in Malawi. After the interview he asked for licence which I explained I didn't and further explained it was not a requirement on the advert nor did anyone from HR(their HR is based in Germany) raise this issue when I was doing a telephonic interview. He told me point blank that I wouldn't make it. An hour after interview I received email from the HR to confirm if I had licence before attending the Interview(16:00pm SA time). I explained I had already attended. This sick Yogan had talked to the HR in Germany saying he wanted someone with Licence pretending we had not done the interview because Germany is 1 hour behind. The Interview was finished at 17:00pm SA time which meant it was still 16:00pm in Germany. Stupid Yogan doesn't belong at HERE
