Worse steak ever

I took my head office out today and ate at Hennies in Potchefstroom. He ordered the 500g T-bone and chips which was so tuff and so much sinew you could not eat it. You had to chunk away with the steak knife.The manager was told and all he could say was that he will take out a new piece and try it. He said he got his meat from Super S in Klerksdorp. This was also told to the waiter which did nothing. The service I received was ridiculous and this is not the first time I had a run in With Hennies Potch. They wont see me again as well as my friends and family.
