Disappointing Experience at Hennies Vanderbijlpark

Today was my second visit to Hennies Vanderbijlpark, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. We arrived at 11:02 AM and ordered breakfast. To my dismay, it took over an hour for the food to be served. When it finally arrived, the food was cold and the chips were hard – definitely not what you'd expect after such a long wait.

What made the situation worse was that we weren’t the only ones having issues. Several other customers were also complaining about long wait times, and despite the feedback, the management did not seem to take any real action to address the problem.

Overall, I left feeling very dissatisfied. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works on improving both the service and food quality.
