Bad experience

We had the worst experience at Hennies George, we went there for the first time wanting to try them out. We ordered two meals, a steak with served with a side of our choice and a burger served with chips. We ordered extra onion rings. The waitress brings us a burger with no chips and onion rings.... When we politely asked where the chips were she said no we decided we wanted pinion rings instead. I explained to her that the burger comes with chips and we just wanted pinion rings as an extra part of the meal. Her and the manager argued with us about the chips. They ignored us after that and then had the check to bring the meal with wrong items on it and included thier service charge!!! Terrible, unprofessional and unacceptable service.
