Helpware.com takes no accountability for Helpware.co.za Job Offer ****

An add was posted on Indeed.com for a remote position in November, 2022 which was put out by Helpware.co.za. I app**** and immediately received an email advising me to click on a link which redirects me to their jobs portal, and select which position I need to apply for; Virtual Assistant or the Customer Service role. I chose the one post fitting or my experience and within the same week received a responce on how excited theu are for me to join their team, and sent me a whatsapp number-+***5, and provided a work place scenario. The email stated that I should record myself for no more than three minutes with a responce on how I would respond to a caller with this query. So I did as advised the ver next day. A day later I received confirmation of a Job Offer from email- ***. The 'Job offer' emails was signed by---Jonathan Ferreira Operations Manager *** In the email I was to place an online order on a **** website called discountelectronics.co.za and in the email they provided me a discount code-HelpwareSA. This code allowd for 100% off the purchase price BUT I needed to make a payment for R120.00 for the shipping and handling. The email also claimed to refund me this shipping cost once I am t begin working on 9 January 2023. I was also sent an offer letter which I was to sign and send back by 2 December 2022. After downloading the offer letter, I read the R234500.00 annual salary I was to receive on a monthly basis, and that after sending back the signed offer letter they would send the contact. Its sad that a huge company such as Helpware overlooks these issues. R120.00 to them is the change they leave with their coffee bill but to us UNEMPLOYED South Africans, its alot, money borrowed. Its sad tbat I still havent received any reply from the Helpware representative on how to get what I have lost and they seem unaffected and unmoved. Im yet to see any action taken for their name being behind this hushe ****.
