We were driving on a busy road when our vehicle died. We pressed the panic button, received a call from HelpMe immediately and we were assisted in a friendly professional manner. A tow truck arrived within 10 minutes, our car was loaded and we were taken to the nearest garage. The experience throughout was exceptional, HelpMe kept in contact during the whole episode.
