Unhappy with help me my way

I am not completely satisfied with help me my way because the last time I was stuck on a Sunday it took so long for help me my way to help because they wanted me to pay the breakdown truck because they said they couldn't check whether I qualify to be towed on a Sunday. My problem is I don't plan when I am gonna get stuck. I was traveling from Johannesburg to Durban and got stuck in Harrismith. After a long argument with help me my way they eventually agreed to tow the car but they could only tow it to a place that is under 40 km meter away therefore I had to leave my car in Harrismith which was not ideal. So I am not happy at all with this because no no one ever plans where and when they gonna get stuck. It is more like we must only get stuck around where we live and not on a weekend. That is my dissatisfaction about help me my way.
