Soliciting people to use their App under false pretences

I received a random call about a survey I took a while ago. I tell the agent I never did a survey with your company and she says it was a long time ago I must have forgotten. I know I did not take that survey. She says a bunch of stuff and wants me to confirm my personal information. Not happy with how they just outright lie just to get people to use their App.
